Agresión a una periodista en Viena

La periodista Kawther Salam denuncia que ha sido agredida físicamente:

"Envié dos denuncias penales sobre las actividades ilegales de soldados israelíes a la Fiscal General de Israel, Menachem Mazuz, acusando a algunos funcionarios civiles y militares de Israel de los crímenes de genocidio, crímenes de guerra, crímenes contra la humanidad y conspiración para cometer estos delitos en Hebrón, en virtud de la 'Ley para la Prevención y la Sanción del Delito de Genocidio de 5710 - 1950' y otras leyes pertinentes de Israel. Ella informó a la Corte Penal Internacional en La Haya y otras organizaciones internacionales acerca de estas denuncias penales.
La reacción de Israel a estas quejas ha sido, entre otras, los intentos de piratear mi sitio web que podría atribuirse en parte a las computadoras bajo el control del gobierno israelí, la vigilancia y el hostigamiento hacia mí y de mis conocidos en Viena. Esto culminó en una agresión física contra mí en el centro de Viena en la noche del pasado 1ro de noviembre por dos personas que identificó como soldados israelíes.
Otras personas que participan en el acoso a los palestinos son conocidos por su nombre y se conocen sus vínculos con la Autoridad Palestina y las organizaciones internacionales que participan en la ocupación de Palestina, un individuo presume de ser ciudadano austriaco, y al menos de otros tres individuos se desconocen sus antecedentes.
Este es un lamentable incidente e inaceptable acto de terrorismo de Estado contra un periodista.
Llamo a todas las organizaciones de derechos humanos para hacer un llamamiento a los representantes del Estado de Israel a abstenerse de inmediato de acciones ilegales contra la Sra Salam ahora y en el futuro, a respetar la libertad de prensa en los territorios bajo su control, así como en otros países, a abstenerse de organizar o patrocinar actos de terrorismo internacional, y también para la cooperacion plena del gobierno austriaco y otras autoridades en sus investigaciones de este grave incidente".

"I sent two criminal complaints about the illegal activities of Israeli soldiers to the Attorney General of Israel, Menachem Mazuz, accusing certain civil and military officials of Israel of the crimes of Genocide, Crimes of War, Crimes against Humanity and Conspiracy to commit these crimes in Hebron, under the 'Law for the Prevention and Punishment of the Crimes of Genocide of 5710 – 1950' and other pertinent Israeli laws. She informed the International Criminal Court in The Hague and other international organizations about these criminal complaints.
The reaction of Israel to these complaints has been, among others, attempts to hack my website which could be in part traced to computers under control of the Israeli government, surveillance and harassed me and my acquaintances in Vienna. This culminated in a physical attack against me in the center of Vienna on the evening of last November 1 by two individuals which she identified as Israeli soldiers. Other individuals participating in the harassing me are Palestinians known by name and with known links to the PA and international organizations which participate in the occupation of Palestine, one individual presumed to be an Austrian citizen, and at least three other individuals of unknown background.
This deplorable and unacceptable incident of state-sponsored terrorism against a journalist. I call upon the human rights organization and the journalists organizations to call upon the representatives of the State of Israel to immediately refrain from illegal actions against me now and in the future, to respect the freedom of press in the territories under their control as well as in other countries, to refrain from organizing or sponsoring acts of international terrorism, and to fully cooperate with the Austrian and other authorities in their investigations of this grave incident".
